This 1:1 Prenatal & Birth Regression Session offers a profound and transformative experience in which we return together to the very first layers of your existence. We explore which experiences and impressions from the time in the womb and around your birth are still impacting your life today.

Through regression work, attunement to the subconscious, body awareness, inner images, and energetic field work, we open the layers that require attention at this moment.

During the session, we connect with early experiences that may be linked to themes such as safety, connection, attachment, trust, receiving, the right to exist, and taking up space. We bring awareness to what becomes visible and palpable there and give your system the space for healing and integration.

Each session arises from your personal request for help, intention, or the theme that presents itself in your life at that moment. As a result, every encounter is unique and fully tailored to what your system wants to open, experience, and integrate at that moment.
