ALIVE is about wanting to be fully here. Here, on earth. In your body. In this life. With everything you are. With your light and your darkness. With your love, strength, desires, sexuality, creativity, gentleness, instinct, pleasure, and life energy. With the parts you easily embrace and the parts you learn to inhabit ever more fully.
If you are reading this, there is a good chance that you have gotten to know yourself better and better over the past few years. You have examined patterns, processed experiences, developed awareness, and have come ever closer to who you truly are.
And somewhere you feel that a next movement is emerging now. Everything you have discovered within yourself wants to be lived. And you notice that you simply want to truly live again.
Be more in your body. Move. Enjoy. Take your desires seriously. Set a boundary when you feel it. Make choices that energize you. Give space to your sexuality and creativity. Love. Laugh. Your inner development may become visible in how you live on an ordinary day. That you wake up in the morning and look forward to your day. That you feel what you want and dare to act on it. That you experience energy in your body, have fun, love, create, and enjoy. That you feel: I am here. And I want to be here.
During the day ALIVE Your consciousness lands ever deeper in your body. Your power gains direction in the choices you make. Your desires are given space in how you shape your life. Your life energy begins to flow through how you move, create, love, work, enjoy, and express yourself.
For me, that is the essence of Inner Alchemy. Bringing heaven and earth together within yourself. Embracing the light and the dark. Inhabiting your entire inner home. And from that wholeness, saying a resounding YES to life.
Receiving a deep transmission and then running errands. Meeting an old part of yourself and subsequently having a different conversation with your partner. Connecting with the mystery and then standing with your hands in the earth. Meditating and dancing. Feeling and acting. Consciousness and joy.
It is about the life that lies before you here, today.
That's true ALIVE it is about. It is a personal 90-day Inner Alchemy journey in which we open, reclaim, direct, and embody your life force together.
So that you can be increasingly complete here. With everything you are. And actually start living life.
You learn to inhabit the entire inner house.
During the creation of ALIVE, an image of two houses recurred in my dreams multiple times. A light house and a dark house. The light house felt connected to love, consciousness, clarity, connection, intuition, and the mystical. In the dark house, I encountered power, instinct, sexuality, desire, anger, boundaries, and raw life energy. That image became an important metaphor for ALIVE.
For me, true wholeness is about learning to inhabit the whole house.
Your light and your darkness. Your strength and your gentleness. Your sexuality and your spirituality. Your body and your consciousness. Heaven and earth.
As more and more rooms within yourself become inhabited, more and more life energy becomes available. Energy that you can bring with you into how you love, work, create, communicate, and make choices.
In the 90 days, you move from OPEN to ADVERTISING to LIVE
ALIVE lasts 90 days and consists of nine personal sessions of approximately 90 minutes. On average, we meet every ten days. The nine sessions together form one journey through three larger movements.
During the day OPEN We focus on awareness, presence, and opening up your inner landscape. We explore where you truly stand, sink deeper into the body, and meet the parts of yourself that long for more space.
During the day ADVERTISEMENT your life force takes center stage. We open the flow of energy and work with power, boundaries, direction, love, sensuality, joy, and receiving.
During the day LIVE we bring everything together. What you have opened up and taken back within yourself increasingly takes shape in how you express yourself, make choices, create, and live.
Each session has its own theme and direction. Within that clear framework, we work with whatever presents itself in your body, energy, and life at that moment.
The bridge is clear. What you encounter along the way on that bridge arises in the moment.

The session opens. Life integrates.
Therefore, between our sessions, you will receive personal practices and experiments that align with what we have opened up together. In one period, this might be a meditation, energy exercise, breathwork, movement, or ritual. A subsequent period might call for setting a boundary, having an important conversation, creating something, exercising, dancing, following a desire, or consciously allowing more pleasure into your life.
That is how your own life becomes the playing field of ALIVE.

I work with the Neteru, among others, as primal forces and archetypal principles. Sekhmet can connect us with life force and fire. Hathor with love, sensuality, and joy. Ma'at with truth and inner alignment. Horus with direction and vision. Set with power and instinct.
The Neteru and working methods we encounter arise from your personal process. Energetic work, regression, Ancestral Healing, Inner Child Work, Sekhem, transmissions, breath, bodywork, rituals, sound, and Sacred Union principles can all find a place in this.

Investment
The investment for ALIVE — 90 days to learn to live yourself fully amounts €1,950 excluding VAT, in other words €2,359.50 including 21% VAT.
For this, you receive 90 days of personal guidance, nine 1-on-1 sessions of approximately 90 minutes, personal practices and experiments between our sessions, and three months of participation in The Rite Of.
You can pay the investment in one lump sum or choose to pay in installments.

Deepen your trip to Spain
During ALIVE, you can deepen your journey with a personal five-day Spain Immersion at Finca Hathara. Five days in which we have all the time for in-depth Inner Alchemy work, energetic work, bodywork, nature, and embodiment.
One of the days, we head into the mountains together. We hike, talk, are silent, eat along the way, and enjoy nature. Life surrounding the sessions is also part of it: eating together, drinking coffee, walking the dogs, being out in the fields, laughing, stargazing, and simply enjoying the fact that you are here.
Deep inner work and then into the mountains. A transmission and then eating together. Experiencing the mystery and being fully here.

Every week The Rite Of
Additionally, you participate for free during the full 90 days. The Rite Of. The Rite Of is an ongoing series of live online rituals and energetic transmissions. Each month centers on a new theme that we explore in depth over several evenings through meditation, ritual, consciousness, and energetic work.
As a result, alongside our personal sessions, a weekly energetic grounding in which you can receive, deepen, and integrate. All live transmissions are recorded so that you can experience the replay at your own time when you cannot be there live.
