The Inner Alchemy Training It is a profound initiation into the ancient Egyptian Mysteries for people who want to learn to work with inner alchemy, energy, and consciousness. During this journey, you discover how to come home ever deeper to your essence and learn to apply ancient wisdom in a practical and embodied way. It is a training in which remembrance, transformation, and consciousness come together, so that you increasingly live from Ma'at: the state of inner order, truth, and harmony.
During the training, you work with ancient Egyptian healing methods, meditation, breathwork, energetic transmissions, rituals, and teachings. You become acquainted with the ancient layers of consciousness of the KA and BA, learn to activate the life force of Sekhem, and delve into alchemical breathing techniques from Egyptian Tantra. Balancing the masculine and feminine qualities within yourself also forms an important part of this inner journey.
In addition, you will learn to work energetically with the forces of the Neteru, such as Aset, Heru, Amun-Ra, Mut, Asar, and Set. You will discover how these archetypal forces move within your consciousness and how you can embody and utilize their qualities, both in your personal development and in guiding others.
Who is the Inner Alchemy Training intended for?
This training is intended for coaches, therapists, lightworkers, healers, and anyone who already works with energy or feels that this path wants to open up now. During the journey, you will receive documentation and teachings to further integrate the methods at home.
Every day we visit a temple, where you work with specific quests, meditations, and energetic assignments directly linked to the learning program. In addition, there is a daily in-depth teaching block in which we work together with ancient Egyptian healing methods and the mysteries of inner alchemy.
This training is an initiation in which the temples, the Neteru, and your own system come together in a process of remembrance, activation, and embodiment.
Working with the Ancient Egyptian Layers of Consciousness
During the training, you will learn to work with the different layers of consciousness as they were understood within ancient Egypt.
Together, these form the blueprint of inner alchemy:
- Khat — the physical body, the carrier of experience
- Ka — the life energy and vital flow
- Ba — soul consciousness and the moving essence
- Shut — the shadow, the unconscious and the hidden parts of the self
- Run — your sacred name, essence, and true soul identity
- Sekhem — spiritual power, will and inner authority
- Akh — the enlightened, activated, and integrated state of being
Throughout the journey, these layers are not treated as separate theories, but are interwoven into the teachings, transmissions, temple assignments, breathwork, and meditations.
In this way, you learn not only what these layers are, but especially how to work with them, how to activate them, and how to bring them back into alignment.
This makes the Inner Alchemy Training a deep and complete path of remembrance and embodiment.

Nov 21 – Day 1 — Aswan
We start the training with a Sekhem Initiation and teaching at Eco Nubia. We learn to open the physical body (Khat) to the energy of the Neteru and the spiritual power we call Sekhem.
Nov 22 – Day 2 — Aswan
Teaching: Connecting and living from the heart. The heart is directly connected to a life in Ma'at. Here you learn how to use the love and magic of Isis/Aset to heal and strengthen the heart.

We visit the Temple of Aset and perform a cleansing ritual at the Osiris Gate.
Nov 23 – Day 3 — Aswan → Luxor
Teaching on the Nile and the Triad of Elephantine with Khnum, Satet, and Anuket | You learn how to embody the light and let it flow through the physical and energetic body through meditation, movement, and breathwork | Learning to receive the energy of the triad
Visit Khnum Temple on Elephantine Island and then travel to Embrace Hotel in Luxor.
Nov 24 – Day 4 — Luxor
Teaching: How to balance feminine energy | Balancing feminine energy practices | Teachings on working with feminine Neteru, such as Mut, Isis, Hathor, and Nephtis.
Visit Hatshepsut (Deir el-Bahri) temple
Nov 25 – Day 5 — Luxor
Teaching: How to Balance Masculine Energy | Masculine Energy Balancing Practices | Teachings on Working with Masculine Neteru, such as Osiris, Set, Amun-Ra, and Horus.
Visit Medinet Habu
Nov 26 – Day 6 — Luxor
Today we learn to work energetically with the chakra system through laying on of hands, reading energy, and setting energy in motion | Transmission: Bringing inner enlightenment into the body | Teaching Amun-Ra & Mut, the cosmic marriage and accompanying exercise.
Visit Luxor Temple by boat – The Luxor Temple is built based on 7 chakras. In the temple, you will open these and set them in motion.
Nov 27 – Day 7 — Luxor
Full Day Karnak Mut Temple & Ritual Work in Temple
– Today we perform various rituals in the large temple complex of Karnak and bring in what we have experienced and learned in Luxor over the past few days.
Nov 28 – Day 8 – Dendera and arrival at Abydos
In Dendera, we work with sexual transformative energy. Participants are given an assignment in the temple to invite this energy.
In the evening, we have a teaching on how to work with the Temple of Abydos and learn exercises to embody and utilize the sexual creative power and energy.
Nov 29-30 – Days 9 and 10 – Abydos
Working with Death and Rebirth is central here. Working with the Shadow and with the Light. Day 1 is working with the shadow and Day 2 is working with the light. You learn to see and experience the value of both.
Teachings on the myth of Osiris and associated practices.
1 Dec – Day 11 – Abydos and departure to Luxor in the afternoon
Concluding with a Sekhem Integration. Here we complete the circle.

The common thread of Inner Alchemy
The Inner Alchemy Training is structured as a living line of initiation, in which you move step by step through the various phases of inner alchemy. Each phase builds upon the previous one, so that the process is not only understood mentally, but can actually take root in the body, the energetic system, and consciousness.
The common thread of this journey is as follows:
- Day 1–3 = Opening & Purification
(Opening the physical body, the heart, and the energetic channels)
We start by opening the Khat, the physical body, and the activation of the life flow of Sekhem. From there, we work with the heart, Ma'at, and the flow of light through the body, so that the system becomes purified and receptive. - Day 4–5 = Polarity
(Getting to know, healing, and embodying feminine and masculine energy)
In this phase, we work deeply with the feminine and masculine Neteru and explore how these forces live within you. By learning to feel and embody both separately, awareness and balance emerge. - Day 6–8 = Union & Creation
(Chakra activation, cosmic marriage and sexual life energy)
Here we bring the polarities together. Through chakra activation, the cosmic marriage of Amun-Ra and Mut, and working with sexual life energy, we open the creative and transformative power within the system. - Day 9–10 = Dissolution & Rebirth
(Shadow, death, letting go and resurrection)
In Abydos, we descend into the deepest layers of transformation. Here we work with the Shut (shadow), death and rebirth. Old layers die off, creating space for the new. - Day 11 = Embodiment & Integration
(Letting everything land, anchor, and embody)
The final day is dedicated to integration. Everything that has been opened, activated, and remembered is brought together and anchored, so that the inner alchemy does not end in Egypt, but continues to work in your life.

At every location, we have a beautiful and carefully chosen workspace for daily teachings, transmissions, practices, and integration moments. This creates a powerful and safe field, not only within the temples but also outside of them, in which the learning process is fully supported.

- All hotels: Overnight stays in Aswan, Luxor, and Abydos. You will sleep in a double room with a same-sex partner or in a single room when booking this.
- A complete program: You will receive a complete 12-day training program through the mystical temple sites in Egypt, including overnight stays.

Lead Facilitator - Brian van Leeuwen
Brian's path has been shaped by years of intense inner journeys and trainings, embracing and healing his own shadows and challenges. He has undergone and guided hundreds of sessions, and his work with the mysteries of life and the soul is deeply rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern spirituality. His connection to ancient Egypt, and in particular his initiation into the light of Amun-Ra, is an important pillar in his work, which is palpable in his retreats and workshops.
Brian's mission is to put people back on their path and help them remember the light within themselves. He stands for transformation on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Whether it is personal sessions, in-depth group retreats in Egypt, or his Mystery School, Brian stands beside people as a guide, mirror and source of inspiration on their journey to a life of clarity, connection and fulfillment.
He believes that every person possesses deep inner strength and works from the vision that life is a journey to fully remember and embody who we really are.
Lead Facilitator - Esther Geskus
Esther is a passionate facilitator, coach and trainer who guides people in connecting with their authentic core, body, emotions and life energy. With a deep love for holistic transformation work and a passion for tantra, Esther creates safe and powerful spaces in which participants can experience their “spark” again.
Her own journey of self-love and consciousness expansion has inspired her to integrate transformational work on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual. This work focuses on releasing traumas and blockages, allowing people to feel freer and happier. Tantra plays a central role in this. For Esther, tantra means not only liberation and expansion, but also embodied spirituality – a deep connection with the body, emotions and the flow of life energy.
Her mission is to support people in regaining their balance, life energy and self-love, so that they can embrace life with self-confidence, strength and joy and inspire others.

I was allowed to participate in a retreat in Egypt under the guidance of Brian and Esther and it was more than transformation. What they offer is truly unique.
