De Inner Alchemy Training is een 12-daagse trainings- en initiatiereis door Egypte waarin je de oude Egyptische Mysteriën leert ervaren, belichamen en praktisch toepassen.
You travel through Aswan, Luxor, Dendera and Abydos and work in and around the temples inner alchemy, Sekhem, the Neteru, meditation, breathwork, energetic work, ritual, trance, transmission and consciousness.
Each day forms a new layer within one continuous journey.
You first open the body and the life flow. From there, you work with the heart, your desires, and the feminine and masculine forces within yourself. Subsequently, these polarities move towards Sacred Union, creative power, and sexual life energy. In Abydos, you journey through shadow, death, and rebirth, after which everything comes together in integration, self-empowerment, and embodiment.
In this context, the temples form living training grounds.
You receive teachings before entering a temple, are given questions, meditations, energetic assignments, and rituals, and subsequently learn to perceive for yourself what is happening in your body, consciousness, and energy field.
This creates a combination of knowledge, direct experience and practical application.
In the Inner Alchemy Training, you learn skills that you can take with you into your own life and, when guiding people, into your own work.
You will learn, among other things:
feeling and reading energetic energy;
activate the current of Sekhem;
working with laying on of hands;
consciously setting energy in motion;
attune to different Neteru;
working with meditation, breath, trance and energetic transmission;
consciously employing rituals;
recognize shadow and light as transformative forces;
experiencing and balancing feminine and masculine qualities within yourself;
learning to use sexual life energy as a creative and transformative flow;

The Inner Alchemy Training is developed for coaches, therapists, healers, lightworkers, energy workers and guides who wish to further deepen their connection with energy, consciousness, and the Egyptian Mysteries.

Working with the Ancient Egyptian Layers of Consciousness
During the training, you will learn to work with different layers of consciousness as used within our approach to the ancient Egyptian Mysteries.
Together, these layers form an important blueprint for inner alchemy.

Ka — the life energy and vital flow
Ba — your moving essence, desires, and soul qualities
Shut — the shadow and hidden parts of yourself
Run — your name, essence, and identity
Sekhem — spiritual power and life force

Throughout the journey, these layers recur time and again in the teachings, temple assignments, meditations, breathwork, rituals, and energetic exercises.
As a result, you get to know them from multiple levels:

Programma Inner Alchemy Training 2027
Aankomst: 26 oktober | Start training: 27 oktober om 13:00 | Einde training: 6 november | Uitchecken en terugreis: 7 november
26 oktober — Aankomstdag — Aswan
Welkom in Egypte. Deze dag is bedoeld om aan te komen, te landen (fysiek en/of energetisch) en tot rust te komen voordat we samen aan de training beginnen.
27 oktober – Dag 1 — Aswan
We starten om 13:00 met een Sekhem-initiatie en teaching bij Eco Nubia. We leren het fysieke lichaam (Khat) te openen voor de energie van de Neteru en de spirituele kracht die we Sekhem noemen.
28 oktober – Dag 2 — Aswan
Deze dag staat in het teken van verbinding maken en leven vanuit het hart. Het hart staat rechtstreeks in verbinding met een leven in Ma’at. Je leert hoe je met de liefde en magie van Isis/Aset kunt werken om het hart te helen en te versterken.

We bezoeken de Tempel van Aset en doen een reinigingsritueel bij de Osiris Gate.
29 oktober – Dag 3 — Aswan → Luxor
Teaching over de Nijl en de triade van Elephantine: Khnum, Satet en Anuket. Je leert hoe je het licht kunt belichamen en door het fysieke en energetische lichaam kunt laten stromen met meditatie, beweging en ademwerk. We oefenen met het ontvangen van de energie van de triade.
We bezoeken de Khnum-tempel op Elephantine Island in Aswan. Daarna reizen we door naar het Embrace Hotel in Luxor.
30 oktober – Dag 4 — Luxor
Deze dag staat in het teken van het in balans brengen van de vrouwelijke energie.
Teaching en practices rondom vrouwelijke energie | Leren werken met vrouwelijke Neteru, zoals Mut, Isis, Hathor en Neftis
We bezoeken de tempel van Hatsjepsut, Deir el-Bahri.
31 oktober – Dag 5 — Luxor
Deze dag staat in het teken van het in balans brengen van de mannelijke energie.
Teaching en practices rondom mannelijke energie | Leren werken met mannelijke Neteru, zoals Osiris, Set, Amun-Ra en Horus
We bezoeken Medinet Habu.
1 november – Dag 6 — Luxor
We leren energetisch werken met het chakrasysteem door middel van handoplegging, energie lezen en energie in beweging brengen.
Transmissie: innerlijke verlichting in het lichaam brengen | Teaching over Amun-Ra en Mut, het kosmische huwelijk en een bijbehorende oefening
We varen met de boot naar de Luxor Tempel. Vanuit de symboliek van de zeven chakra’s werken we in de tempel met het openen en laten stromen van de energie in het lichaam.
2 november – Dag 7 — Luxor
Een volledige dag in het tempelcomplex van Karnak, inclusief de Mut Tempel.
We doen verschillende rituelen en brengen in de praktijk wat we de afgelopen dagen in Luxor hebben ervaren en geleerd.
3 november – Dag 8 — Dendera en aankomst Abydos
In Dendera werken we met seksuele, transformatieve energie. Je krijgt een opdracht mee om deze energie in de tempel uit te nodigen en te ervaren.
Daarna reizen we door naar Abydos. In de avond ontvang je een teaching over het werken met de tempel van Abydos en leren we oefeningen om de seksuele creatiekracht te belichamen en in te zetten.
4 en 5 november – Dag 9 en 10 — Abydos
In Abydos staan dood en wedergeboorte centraal: het werken met de schaduw én met het licht.
De eerste dag richten we ons op de schaduw, de tweede dag op het licht. Je leert en ervaart de waarde van beide en hoe ze onderdeel zijn van jouw innerlijke transformatie.

6 november – Dag 11 — Abydos → Luxor
We sluiten de training af met een Sekhem-integratie. Hier maken we de cirkel rond en brengen we samen wat we tijdens de reis hebben ervaren en geleerd.
In de middag reizen we terug naar Luxor, waar we nog één nacht verblijven.
7 november — Uitchecken en terugreis
In de ochtend kun je uitchecken en aan je terugreis of doorreis beginnen.

The common thread of Inner Alchemy
The Inner Alchemy Training is structured as a living line of initiation, in which you move step by step through the various phases of inner alchemy. Each phase builds upon the previous one, so that the process is not only understood mentally, but can actually take root in the body, the energetic system, and consciousness.
The common thread of this journey is as follows:
- Day 1–3 = Opening & Purification
(Opening the physical body, the heart, and the energetic channels)
We start by opening the Khat, the physical body, and the activation of the life flow of Sekhem. From there, we work with the heart, Ma'at, and the flow of light through the body, so that the system becomes purified and receptive. - Day 4–5 = Polarity
(Getting to know, healing, and embodying feminine and masculine energy)
In this phase, we work deeply with the feminine and masculine Neteru and explore how these forces live within you. By learning to feel and embody both separately, awareness and balance emerge. - Day 6–8 = Union & Creation
(Chakra activation, cosmic marriage and sexual life energy)
Here we bring the polarities together. Through chakra activation, the cosmic marriage of Amun-Ra and Mut, and working with sexual life energy, we open the creative and transformative power within the system. - Day 9–10 = Dissolution & Rebirth
(Shadow, death, letting go and resurrection)
In Abydos, we descend into the deepest layers of transformation. Here we work with the Shut (shadow), death and rebirth. Old layers die off, creating space for the new. - Day 11 = Embodiment & Integration
(Letting everything land, anchor, and embody)
The final day is dedicated to integration. Everything that has been opened, activated, and remembered is brought together and anchored, so that the inner alchemy does not end in Egypt, but continues to work in your life.
This is the path of Inner Alchemy.A path where body, energy, soul, shadow, and light come together in a living state of remembrance and embodiment.

In Aswan we are staying at Eco Nubia, a special place right on the water, with a view of the island where the Temple of Isis is located. The mere presence of this temple and the energetic field of this place immediately bring your system into alignment.
In Luxor verblijven we op twee momenten tijdens de reis. Voor ons eerste, langere verblijf kiezen we een plek waar rust, comfort en een warme sfeer samenkomen. Een fijne omgeving om tussen de tempelbezoeken door te ontspannen, je ervaringen te laten bezinken en je verder te verdiepen. We hebben hiervoor twee mooie locaties op het oog (beiden hebben we gereserveerd) en maken onze definitieve keuze later bekend.
In Abydos we are staying at the House of Life, a stone's throw from one of the most mystical temples in Egypt. A place where the initiation work surrounding death, rebirth, and inner transformation can unfold on deep levels.
Na ons verblijf in Abydos keren we op 6 november terug naar Luxor. Voor deze laatste nacht verblijven we in het Jewel Howard Carter Hotel, waar je de reis rustig kunt laten bezinken voordat je op 7 november uitcheckt en aan je terugreis begint.

What is included in the Inner Alchemy Training?
- All hotels: Overnight stays in Aswan, Luxor, and Abydos. You will sleep in a double room with a same-sex partner or in a single room when booking this.
- A complete program: You will receive a complete 12-day training program through the mystical temple sites in Egypt, including overnight stays.
- Transport: Includes transportation between all hotels, temples, and locations we visit.

Lead Facilitator - Brian van Leeuwen
Brian's path has been shaped by years of intense inner journeys and trainings, embracing and healing his own shadows and challenges. He has undergone and guided hundreds of sessions, and his work with the mysteries of life and the soul is deeply rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern spirituality. His connection to ancient Egypt, and in particular his initiation into the light of Amun-Ra, is an important pillar in his work, which is palpable in his retreats and workshops.
Brian's mission is to put people back on their path and help them remember the light within themselves. He stands for transformation on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Whether it is personal sessions, in-depth group retreats in Egypt, or his Mystery School, Brian stands beside people as a guide, mirror and source of inspiration on their journey to a life of clarity, connection and fulfillment.
He believes that every person possesses deep inner strength and works from the vision that life is a journey to fully remember and embody who we really are.
Lead Facilitator - Esther Geskus
Esther is a passionate facilitator, coach and trainer who guides people in connecting with their authentic core, body, emotions and life energy. With a deep love for holistic transformation work and a passion for tantra, Esther creates safe and powerful spaces in which participants can experience their “spark” again.
Her own journey of self-love and consciousness expansion has inspired her to integrate transformational work on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual. This work focuses on releasing traumas and blockages, allowing people to feel freer and happier. Tantra plays a central role in this. For Esther, tantra means not only liberation and expansion, but also embodied spirituality – a deep connection with the body, emotions and the flow of life energy.
Her mission is to support people in regaining their balance, life energy and self-love, so that they can embrace life with self-confidence, strength and joy and inspire others.
