Yesterday I was standing on our land and I thought: so this is it \ud83e\udd29<\/p>

Yesterday, Esther and I were at the finca preparing the land for the olive harvest. We start picking tomorrow. We tidied up, cleaned the ground around the trees, and did everything that needs to be done before the harvest can begin. It was warm, the dogs circled our legs, and the kittens watched from a safe distance.<\/p>

Sometime mid-afternoon, I paused for a moment with pruning waste in my hands. I looked around and felt: what a beautiful life we have created together.<\/p>

Nothing special happened. No breakthrough, no ceremony, no vision. Just a deep, silent gratitude that this is my life now.<\/p>

\ud83d\udc47 The work that brought me here<\/strong><\/p>

I have done a lot of inner work. I have encountered myself in my light and in my darkest corners. I have explored fears, let go of old beliefs, and felt pain that I had suppressed for years. I am grateful for this, because it has brought me freedom and a much deeper connection with my body and with who I am.<\/p>

Yet I notice that something is shifting. Personal development can unknowingly become an endless quest, in which there is always still something to heal before you are allowed to be truly happy. Then you wait for the next training, the next trip, or the next experience that will finally bring it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

But one of my most beautiful insights, precisely through the inner work, is that life is already right in front of you. It is in the morning light, in the people you love, and in trees laden with fruit. You just have to be able to see it.<\/p>

As I cleared the ground around the tree trunks, it suddenly became very quiet inside me. It felt as if I were standing in an ancient temple, without walls, with the sky as a roof.<\/p>

Olive trees have been associated with peace, fertility, and wisdom for thousands of years. And I felt: I can experience this now because I have walked that path. For years, I sought the mystical in ceremonies, in trance, in the hidden layers of consciousness. Every layer I have let go of, every fear I have dared to feel, has made my senses a little more open.<\/p>

Because of this, I can now pause at sunlight on a tree trunk, at the scent of warm earth, at ordinary work that I do with attention, and feel the sacred in it.<\/p>

Without that inner work, I might have been standing here and not felt it. Now it touches me to the bone.<\/p>

And that is exactly the reason I consciously developed the ALIVE program. I saw how many people do deep inner work but do not take the step to truly feel that they are alive.<\/p>

ALIVE is there to walk that path: first returning to your life force by healing, letting go, and feeling your body again, and then learning to embody that power in your daily life, your relationships, and your work.<\/p>

For me, aliveness is more than being happy. It is the tingling in your body when you are enthusiastic, the fire of desire, the joy of spontaneity, the gentleness of love. And also the courage to remain present when life is tough. That requires inner work, because you can only feel what you dare to feel. The inner work is the foundation, and life itself is where it leads.<\/p>

While working the land, I also felt that enjoyment and longing can coexist. I was intensely satisfied, and at the same time, I want to grow our business, guide more people, develop wonderful training programs, and take new groups on our mystical journeys through Egypt. The enjoyment of what is already there is precisely the breeding ground for what is yet to come.<\/p>

I don't want to build a company at the expense of a life I enjoy. I want to build a company that stems from that life and strengthens it.<\/p>

\ud83e\uded2 The picking can begin<\/strong><\/p>

Tomorrow we begin the harvest. An olive tree does not work harder to become more than it already is. It stands in the sun, draws nourishment from the earth, and bears fruit when the time is right. But that fruit does not appear out of nowhere. It has taken root for years, and you see none of that, even though everything depends on it. I find that a beautiful image to learn from.<\/p>

Perhaps you recognize yourself in this story. You have been working on yourself for years, have discovered a lot, and yet you feel that there is still so much life inside you waiting to be lived.
