Even apart from all the bullshit on earth, isn't it just a party at the moment? All the imposed rules and restrictions ensure that we can discover new ways. A simple example. Because of the rules, I am no longer allowed to go to the gym. At least not legally. Something that affected me personally. Sports have been important to me since I was younger. Yes, I will be thirty at the end of December, so I can now say since I was younger. It has always been a part of my life. And now that is no longer allowed. At least not in that form. Yesterday I decided to look at what my other options are. I quickly ended up at a boot camp group that trains outside every day here in Bilthoven. The answer may be very simple, but what I want to say is that there are always ways. We are also challenged to find new ways and let go of the old. It is also necessary to step into the new. It is necessary to find new ways. Creativity is sometimes required. The old no longer works. And yet we are used to holding on to the old. Me too. I was so attached to the gym as if that was the only way to stay fit. Nonsense of course, but you have to see it.\"meegaan <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

That is what I see people around me doing now. They are trying to hold on to the old in all sorts of ways. It apparently hurts too much to let go of the pubs, the eating out and all the events and activities as they are now. And I understand that too. If that is your life then you don't know any better. I don't know what I would have done if I was still in my festival period. I'll be honest. When you are in the middle of it then it can be difficult to see what else is there. Let alone that you can see how it could be different. For years, maybe even centuries we do it in a certain way. Work hard. Keep going. Then on the couch. In the weekend completely let go of God and then be annoyed that it is Monday again. We are so stuck in this structure as a society. And I understand that too. When you are stuck in a 9-5 job while deep down you know that you have something else to do, because it is not really your passion. Then you look for distraction. Then you want that party, that night to sink into the pub and that line of cocaine. When you are so stuck in your own shit plus the shit of the collective, then numbing sometimes seems the only way. Let alone that you have to let go of everything now, because it no longer fits with the new. Then you go so far that you no longer trust your own body. Let alone that you are still connected to your body. That hurts too much. That is too heavy. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Desperately holding on to the old <\/span>\ud83d\ude35\u200d\ud83d\udcab<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

So yeah\u2026 I get it. It\u2019s easier to numb out and desperately hold on to the old. But the old doesn\u2019t work anymore. It won\u2019t work anymore. It\u2019s not the time anymore. There comes a time when you have to let go. Even if it\u2019s not because it\u2019s just not possible for you anymore, it\u2019s because of the increasing rules. Rules that limit you even more and force you to make certain choices. And when you really have to, it\u2019s not pretty anymore. It\u2019s much easier and softer when you make the choice to step into the new. When you choose to step into the flow of life and let yourself be carried away by life, everything comes to you. Everything comes to you that you need to grow into the new. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Is it easy? <\/span>\ud83d\ude26<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

I will never say that. As I see it, humanity has tormented and tortured itself for years. Years of manipulation, cunning and deceit. We have participated in this and contributed to it. We have continuously crossed our own boundaries. We have done everything that has nothing to do with self-love. Healing that requires healing and time. It requires looking at and feeling your pain and then stepping into enlightenment, relief and relaxation. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

And here too, it applies. This can be easy, but it can also be difficult. Flowing and moving with what presents itself gives a more easy vibe. Surrendering and receiving it all. Fighting against it, on the other hand, creates a difficult vibe. It becomes viscous. It doesn't flow. Swimming against the current. You can get very far on willpower, but eventually you will give up and let yourself be carried away. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We all have a choice to make here. Will we go along with the new or will we desperately cling to the old. I have made my choice! <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
