This morning I woke up\u2026 high pitched ringing in my ears\u2026 a nagging head\u2026 body locked up\u2026 a knot in my stomach\u2026<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div>

My whole body is in process. I decide to turn myself around and at least free up my agenda in the morning, but when I wake up in the afternoon it is still the same.. so I decide to free up my agenda in the afternoon as well.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Why am I sharing this? My mission is to shine a light on everything that is, including the days that are harder and more difficult. The days that I think we all recognize, right?<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Those days when your body tells you... stand still... stop for a moment... all attention should be on yourself\"\".<\/p><\/div><\/div>

But you will be surprised how difficult that can be sometimes. You have appointments in your agenda, you don't want to disappoint anyone, but at the same time you feel that attention is needed for you.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How do you deal with that? I can only tell you how I deal with it. And that is to be honest. To be honest with yourself and to be honest with others. That's what love would do, right?<\/p><\/div><\/div>

I also recognize the feeling of \u201cguilt\u201d, but feeling \u201cguilty\u201d is something that we have given meaning to ourselves.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

And is it really necessary to feel \u201cguilty\u201d when your sweet body indicates that it needs attention, rest and love?<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Is it really necessary to feel \u201cguilty\u201d when you are going through a deep and healing process?<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Or can you be extra kind to yourself in those moments? And not move from egocentric actions, but move from a certain care for the Self?<\/p><\/div><\/div>

And can you then in the process, because that is what it is, it is not an illness, but healing, then be there completely for your own Self? And feel very consciously what you need, to make choices from there?<\/p><\/div><\/div>

I feel grateful that my body communicates with me like this, even though it can feel difficult. How nice is it that it indicates so clearly what it needs?<\/p>

Your body is a temple and we should treat it that way. And by that I don't just mean the physical body, but also how you deal with what's going on inside you, including your thoughts.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>

And I feel extra grateful that I get to receive a session tonight from Sandra de Vos<\/span><\/a>. Which is planned on this exact day. Of course no coincidence, but very nice how it fits together.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Be a little extra kind to yourself today and see what it does to you \"\ud83d\udc9b\"<\/span><\/p>

Together we create heaven on earth,\u00a0<\/p>
