Depression had her in its grip and she could no longer see a ray of light. The days were grey, filled with emptiness and despair. She felt lost and alone, trapped in her own dark thoughts.<\/b><\/span><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\"><p>But she was determined to get better. She had already tried regular therapy, but that didn&#039;t seem to help. She was given tools to deal with her behavior, but her pain didn&#039;t go away... To the point of frustration.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\"><p>Until she heard about regression therapy. The idea of going to the root of her pain intrigued her. Even though she felt insecure and had doubts, she decided to make that choice. After all, she felt she had no other choice.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">The first session was exciting. They went back to her childhood, where she had a traumatic experience. And then she experienced that her grandmother had experienced something similar. There were moments of sadness and anger. But with each session she felt herself getting lighter. The sun started to shine again, and she could slowly laugh again.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\"><p>After a few months of therapy, she was a completely new person. The depression was gone and she felt happier than ever before. She had freed herself from the traumas that had held her captive for so long.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Now she is investigating whether she can help other people in the field of depression and regression therapy. How wonderful is that?<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">She helps others who struggle with the same dark clouds that have enveloped her for so long. She wants them to know that there is hope, that they are not alone.<br \/><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\"><br \/>Her story is proof that you can recover from depression. It is a journey of self-love and courage, but it is worth it. Because on the other side of the pain, there is happiness.
