Sometimes it seems like life is breaking us. But what it really does is break us open. Not to destroy us, but to remind us of who we are. That is my journey. A journey from darkness to Light. Back to a connection with life<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For years I lived cut off from myself. From my feelings. From the Source.
I may have been functioning outwardly, but inside I was empty. Or rather: full. Full of unrest. Full of desire that had nowhere to go. Full of patterns that held me captive.<\/p>

Addiction became my refuge. It offered me a way out, a brief moment of silence in the storm. But the emptiness that followed grew bigger and bigger. I lost myself, bit by bit. And yet\u2026 somewhere deep inside, something small burned. A flame. A knowing. That this wasn\u2019t all. That I was meant for something else. Something bigger. Something more loving.<\/p>

At the age of 28 it broke open. Not all at once, but in layers.
A deep inner voice began to stir. Softly, but steadfastly. And I listened. Cautiously at first. Then with more conviction.<\/p>

I started receiving sessions. Deep inner work. Not once, but at least 200 sessions. I have lost count by now.. Layers of pain came up. Traumas, old wounds, parts of me that I had forgotten.
I looked at them. Over and over again. Not to fix them. But to see them. To embrace them. To integrate them. Each time I went deeper into the process.<\/p>

My book \u201cIt could have ended differently\u201d<\/em><\/a> is an ode to that process. To the depth, the darkness, the separation. And to the power that is born there. Because that is what happened: I woke up. In myself. In life. In my soul.<\/p>

But it didn't stop there. Because somewhere I felt: this is just the beginning. Layer by layer something new started to emerge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

A shift of focus, of attention.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

After years of shadow work, something else began to present itself. Not as a goal, but as an invitation. Not as something I had to achieve, but as something I was allowed to embody. A soft, but clear call: “<\/strong>Shift your focus. You no longer have to dig in the dark. Build the Light now and step into your true role. That is what you are truly meant to do.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

An inner knowing that it is time for a different (renewed and expanding) consciousness. For a different way of living. Not by avoiding pain, but by letting the Light take the lead. By no longer postponing joy. By no longer seeing bliss, freedom and love as the end station, but as the starting point. I began to remember who I really am. And that remembering changed everything.<\/p>

My work changed. My energy changed. My life changed. Not because I knew everything, but because I surrendered. To the Light. To God. It is a living field that communicates with us. An invitation to attune. It is a movement that reminds you of what you already know. Of the direction that whispers softly within you. Of the light that you may have kept away for too long.<\/p>

It is no longer a search. No more fighting with yourself. It is becoming clear. Coming home. In your body. In your knowing. In life as it is now.<\/p>

That's what I'm doing now.
That's what I embody.
That's what I share.<\/p>

In every tuning. In every session.
In the simplicity of silence. In the precision of words.
This bed of Guidance flows through everything I offer.<\/p>

And maybe you are there too.. At that tipping point.
Between confusion and direction.
Between waiting and choosing.
Between the old story and your inner truth.
Between holding on and daring to listen.
Between noise and clarity.<\/p>

Then I invite you.
Not to follow me, but to meet your own direction.

The foundation of the work I facilitate<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Guidance is not a collection of techniques or a spiritual roadmap for me. It is a living field of attunement, a vibration of truth. A space in which you are not directed, but invited. To listen. To remember. To stand in who you essentially are.<\/p>

On my path I have deeply connected with a number of energies that feed my work as a signpost. These forces offer me Guidance and have initiated me.<\/p>

The energy of Yeshua for example,<\/strong><\/span> not as a religious image, but as an embodiment of the Light. His consciousness makes me feel again and again that love is not an emotion, but a state of being. He reminds me that true guidance only comes from honesty and attunement. From a love that does not have to solve anything, but dares to see and illuminate everything.<\/p>

The energy of Amun-Ra<\/strong><\/span> lives in me as the light that is both visible and invisible. The ability to work with the invisible, with the field behind the words, with the creative power that arises when you tune into truth. His vibration is connected to creation, to speaking pure intentions, to bringing light into all that is still hidden. Amun-Ra reminds me that all is one, that the Divine shows itself precisely in the human, when we are willing to listen.<\/p>

The experience of non-duality<\/strong> <\/span>brought a deeper peace there. The insight that there is essentially no 'I' versus 'the other'. No separation between light and dark, between seeking and finding. Everything is part of one whole, and that whole is constantly moving. When I work with someone, I do not work for someone, but with someone. What I see in you, also lives in me. What opens up in your field, opens something up in mine. From that equality, space arises for real guidance.<\/p>

What connects all these layers is my energy as a Projector. <\/strong><\/span>An energy type within Human Design that is not built to push, but to see. Projectors are naturally focused on clarity, on precision, on recognizing potential and direction. We do not move en masse, but purposefully. In my work that means: no long processes or detours, but directly to the core. Like an arrow does not look for its target, but simply knows where to go. People often experience my energy exactly like that: sharp, open, inviting and at the same time transformative.<\/p>

Everything I am and have experienced comes together in the field I call Guidance.<\/strong> <\/span>It is not a solution, not an end point, because for me life is one big journey and it continues after this life. It is a bed in which your truth can show itself. A field in which it is not about doing more, but about moving from attunement. In which the fog lifts, your inner compass stirs and you feel: this is my path.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

My Biggest Transformation So Far: How I Freed Myself<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I learned to let go of what no longer served me, to heal on deeper levels and to open myself more and more to the light that was always present in me. Egypt was a powerful catalyst in this. A country where nothing remains on the surface, where ancient wisdom and the energy of transformation are palpably present. During my journey there I was initiated into the light of Amun-Ra, the visible and invisible light. That experience brought about a deep shift. Not temporary, but permanent. It was not a moment, but an anchor point. Since then I have been working with this light.<\/p>

In this podcast I share how I, through trial and error, am getting closer to my essence. How I freed myself from old beliefs and baggage, and how this journey from within has shaped me into who I am today.
