From the moment you commit, you'll receive support, starting with two sessions before your departure to Egypt. While working with the temples, there will be optional opportunities for breathwork, meditation, ritual, hap\u00e9, sound healing, group and individual integration sessions, and more. After the journey, there will be an integration call. This support will help you open yourself further to the ancient healing energies.<\/p>

We are less focused on teaching you all the facts about the temples and more on the energy and how the temples move through you, although mythology and spiritual teachings about the creation stories and the Neteru will be provided. We will focus deeply on what you feel and what insights you receive in these sacred spaces, and we will use ancient wisdom from various lineages, particularly from Egyptian rituals and practices, to support and integrate your time there. We will spend an extended period in the Temple of Seti I to create a deep relationship with this healing temple.<\/p>

The guides have received training in Egyptian healing at institutions such as the House of Life Healing Centre, within the Omm Sety lineage. They are also certified in various mystical traditions and trained in transformative healing, sekhem, and reiki. We view the temples as sacred, living spaces that interact differently with each nervous system.
