During this full week you will go transformatively deep into yourself. The program we have created is completely focused on letting you come home to yourself. What does that mean? It means that at the end of the week you will feel happier, freer, more loving, open, authentic and peaceful. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The beautiful surroundings of D\u00f6llach already ensure that your own process is set in motion. Which automatically ensures that you will end up in deeper layers of yourself. A part of this retreat, about fifty percent, will take place outside. We will collaborate with Mother Nature where we will visit various places of power. At these beautiful places of power you will experience breathing work, letting go of emotions and much more. The other part of the week takes place in a workspace, where we also delve into the inner work.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This is the retreat program during the week<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We start each day together with a meditation that matches the theme of the day, followed by breakfast, morning program, lunch, afternoon program, dinner and evening program. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The program is partly held in our beautiful accommodation and partly in a nice space in the authentic village. Of course we will also enjoy the beautiful nature of Austria outside. In addition, there is free time that you can fill in as you wish. Which also contributes to the integration process.<\/span><\/p>

Sunday Evening \u2013 Welcome and Introduction:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0
Arrival is from 17:00. And at 19:00 we will start with a joint dinner where we can get to know each other.<\/span> In the evening program we will tell you more about the content of the week and connect further with each other.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Monday \u2013 Theme: Landing and Breathwork:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0
On Monday we consciously take the time to fully land in our body. We let go of thinking, switch off from work, busyness and stress, and together create a safe environment to welcome our processes. Of course we also go into nature for a walk in the breathtaking Gradental.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Gradental offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the grandeur of nature, breathe fresh air and at the same time enjoy a serene tranquility. It is an enchanting place where all elements come together, making it the ideal setting to deepen the connection with your inner self, to land more in your body and to arrive completely in the NOW.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Tuesday \u2013 Theme: Transformation and Breathwork:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0
On Tuesday we go into depth. We shake you awake on all levels. What blockages are still in you that hinder your life flow? Where may awareness come, what may still be felt, and what may be transformed so that you can breathe freely again and your life energy can flow.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

We go to Allas am Glocknerblick at 2100 meters altitude where we enjoy the breathtaking view over the entire valley and the highest mountain in Austria. This place, which feels like Heidi's meadow, is an ideal environment for breathwork and meditation. Wednesday \u2013 Theme: Regression (Ancestors):<\/span><\/b>\u00a0
<\/span>On this meaningful Wednesday we focus on the themes that play in your family line and the impact of that on your life. In a sharing, meditation and activation, in the Zirknitz cave we connect with our ancestors. Then we go even deeper into history during a group regression, with the aim of healing and strengthening the bonds within your family line. In this way we restore the connection with the unique talents that we have inherited from our ancestors.<\/span><\/p>

The Zirknitz cave was formed by water flowing through a crack in the mountain, creating this special place, like a womb of Mother Earth. The cave invites you to be together, to share stories and to let go of old pain. This place puts everything into perspective, with an impressive rock face that shows that everything can change over time and nothing is permanent.<\/span><\/p>

Thursday \u2013 Theme: Old Me, New Me:
<\/span><\/b>The focus of this day is on letting go of the old self and fully embracing your new self, where your new self represents your authentic self and your essence.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Gartlwasserfall invites you to give voice to the old self, to express all that still needs to be expressed and to let go of what needs to be let go. Here you say goodbye to some old limiting patterns and beliefs and make room for your authentic voice.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Next, we immerse ourselves in a rite of passage to your new self, connected to nature, your true essence, and your full potential.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Zirknitztal is a vast valley, as beautiful as a fairy tale; you feel like you are completely in Lord of the Rings. The rocky nature alternates with lush greenery, rolling hills and sharp mountains. After a half-hour walk you reach the Kegelsee. Here we immerse ourselves in a transition rite to your new self, connected to your nature, your true essence and your full potential. <\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

Words fail to describe what you experience in this place. The thin air, the nature, the water, the grandeur - everything makes you realize how pure life can be. <\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

Friday \u2013 Life Energy and Magic:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0
<\/span>After letting go of the old self and stepping into your full potential, it is time on Friday to let your life energy flow even more. Learn how to use your life energy to experience even more magic in your life.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

And where else can we better experience the magic within ourselves than in the enchanting Elf Forest of Natura Mystica?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

As the name suggests, this is a magical place where you feel like elves are about to appear. It feels like you are walking on clouds. All the elements come together in this place. The rooms are spread over two beautiful locations in Austria <\/span>Dollach<\/span>. The houses have been renovated and modernized so that you can enjoy the luxury and comfort, while still experiencing the fine Austrian atmosphere. If you like to retreat to your own space, then choose a double room for yourself. All rooms have a double bed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Maybe you come with your partner, boyfriend or girlfriend. Then you can share a room. Or we will find a buddy for you to share your room, after the registrations. <\/span><\/span><\/p>
