Light can express itself in our thoughts, feelings, behavior and relationships. And the dark can also manifest itself in this way. Light and dark manifest in the outer world and are representations of our inner world.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"61:1-61:84\"><strong>We can recognize light and dark within ourselves by paying attention to the following things:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"63:1-67:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"63:1-63:61\">Our thoughts: do we have positive or negative thoughts?<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"64:1-64:67\">Our feelings: do we feel happy, sad, angry or scared?<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"65:1-65:54\">Our behavior: are we assertive, passive or aggressive?<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"66:1-67:0\">Our Relationships: Are We in Healthy or Unhealthy Relationships?<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"68:1-68:56\"><strong>How can we integrate light and dark within ourselves?<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"70:1-70:152\">Light and dark are two sides of the same coin. We cannot separate them. It is important to learn to integrate them into our lives.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"72:1-72:188\">Integration means that we accept light and dark as part of ourselves. We learn to deal with the shadow sides of ourselves and to use them as a source of strength and creativity.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"74:1-74:56\"><strong>How do we create more balance and harmony in our lives?<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"76:1-76:148\">When we integrate light and dark within ourselves, we create more balance and harmony in our lives.
