Gain a deep awareness of your unique energy through the interaction with ancient Egyptian temples. During this journey, you will receive guidance through meditation, ritual, and integration.
Your guides are initiates of Amun-Ra and Mut, God and Goddess of creative power and the Great Mother. Together, we offer you a journey from the heavenly waters of potential to the desired creative power.
You will be taken to temples that can activate the potential of your unique creative power, breathing life into what you wish to manifest, in right relationship with the Neteru (the natural forces of creation).

These temples help us open blockages that have arisen within ourselves and reveal the poisons that have been imprinted on us throughout our lives. Our true nature is Love; everything that distances us from this truth are the blockages we seek to remove. The temples connect us with the natural forces that bring balance and a renewal of the True Self. This is a journey to deeply connect with your unique energy and to embody your creative power and bring it into the world.
Ultimately, we reconnect with the unity within ourselves, the unity of nature and creation. We return to the core of life and rekindle the spark within us. Thus, we open the heart and become one with truth.
From the moment you commit, you'll receive support, starting with two sessions before your departure to Egypt. While working with the temples, there will be optional opportunities for breathwork, meditation, ritual, hapé, sound healing, group and individual integration sessions, and more. After the journey, there will be an integration call. This support will help you open yourself further to the ancient healing energies.
We allow the temples to work on us and through us. This is a pilgrimage away from the distorted mind and back to our heart and spirit. We enter into right relationship and find the spark of our soul, ready to manifest its creation story.

September 30 – Khnum Temple, ritual, Kom Ombo Temple, drive to Luxor
October 1st – Mut Temple, Karnak Temple Tour
October 2nd – Mortuary Temple of Seti I, Hatshepsut Temple
October 3 – Luxor Temple
October 4th – Personal exploration of the Karnak Temple
October 5 – Travel and visit to Dendera Temple, then travel to Abydos
October 6–9 – Abydos Temple
October 10 – Visit Abydos and travel back to Luxor for the flights
About a month later: Integration call
Meditations, rituals, ceremonies, integrations, temple visits, and other activities are tailored to the group's natural flow. A preliminary daily schedule is shared upon arrival each day.
Which mystical temples do we visit?
The temples we visit during this retreat have been carefully chosen for their powerful energetic and spiritual qualities. Each temple offers a unique experience and supports a specific aspect of your inner journey. Here is an overview of the temples and their significance within this retreat:
Isis Temple
Rebirth at the Osiris Gate on the Nile and learning about the magic of the Mother. Through a ritual, you emerge from the heavenly waters of the Nile at the original site of the Temple of Isis. Afterwards, we travel to the relocated temple (relocated due to flooding) to explore its magic and Mother Goddess energy. Built circa 690–30 BCE.
Khnum Temple
Connecting to the point of creation. Located along the Nile on Elephantine Island, where numerous rituals honoring this creator-god potter took place in ancient Egypt. The island dates back to the Old Kingdom (2686–2181 BCE). The Temple of Khnum was built during the reign of Amenhotep III (1390–1352 BCE).
Come Ombo
Embrace light and darkness as one. One side honors the crocodile god Sobek, and the other the falcon Horus the Elder. Built on top of a much older temple, the current structure dates from around 180 BCE.
Mortuary Temple of Seti I (Luxor)
Begin to understand how your Ka (spirit) and Ba (soul) interact with energies. At the beginning of our journey in Luxor, we visit this temple in preparation for the later Seti I temple in Abydos. Here, we begin to sense our connection to rebirth and unique energy combinations. Built circa 1290 BC.
Hatshepsut Temple
Find inner strength and courage to walk a unique path. Hatshepsut was one of Egypt's most charismatic pharaohs and is said to have been the incarnation of the daughter of Amun-Ra, the creator god. With this power, she brought peace, commerce, and love, ruling from the feminine, supported by the ultimate masculine. Built circa 1479 BCE.
Mut Temple
Let yourself be carried by the Mother Goddess energy of union. This temple is said to have contained over 570 granodiorite statues of Sekhmet—one of the forms into which Mut could transform. Today, many of these statues can still be seen, and you can feel the power they brought to the temple. Built circa 1400 BC during Hatshepsut and later pharaohs.
Luxor Temple
Connect with your physical and energetic system. Schwaller called this the Temple of Man.
The Luxor Temple itself is a model of the universe and a library of humanity's functions within the great cosmic whole. And this is one of the wonders of Egypt.

Built ca. 1400 BC.
Karnak Temple
Unlock your creative power. Built for the sun god Amun, with an adjacent temple for Mut, the goddess of unification. This temple was expanded by various pharaohs, each time following the Fibonacci sequence. Built between approximately 2055 BC and 100 AD.
Dendera Temple
Open to wonder and the joy of life. Sacred to the goddess Hathor—one of the best-preserved and colorful temples, featuring the 12 zodiac signs. In the crypt, we sense energies from 1479 BC, while the rest of the temple was built during the Cleopatra/Greco-Roman period (305–30 BC).
Temple of Seti I (Abydos)
Remove blockages and connect with natural forces (Neters). Although Osiris is the main deity of this temple, the entire complex unites gods and goddesses for optimal healing. We will spend several days here to fully absorb the depths of the seven main chambers. This is a playground for getting to know yourself through interaction with different energies. Other "false door" chambers are dedicated to Horus, Isis, Amun-Ra, Re-Horakhty, Ptah, and Seti I/Thoth. Built circa 1279 BC.
Abydos iIt is also the land of the great story of the battle between Horus and Seth, and the land of Osiris — this will be deeply woven into our meditations on duality and non-duality.]

What is included in the trip?
- Hotels: Overnight stays in Luxor, Aswan and Abydos. You will sleep in a double room with someone of the same sex or with your partner or a private single room at an additional rate.
- A full program: You will receive a complete 13-day retreat program through the mystical temple sites in Egypt.
- Transport: Includes transportation to and from the airport for the recommended flight(s), and all transportation between locations.
- Meals:
- In Luxor and Aswan: Breakfast and dinner. During the day we provide water, fruits and snacks.
- In Abydos: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Entrance tickets: For all the temples we visit.
- Accompaniment: Intensive, transformative guidance throughout the process, including reflections, activations, meditations, temple assignments and other supportive methods.
- An online introductory meeting: We will meet online with the group at the beginning of September to get to know each other and open the process.
